Align Pilates offers a variety of Group Classes as well as one on one instruction.
Reformer Flow
Levels: Basic & Intermediate

This class on the Reformer is a movement experience that is energizing, elongating, strengthening and rejuvenating. It will help rebalance your muscles and restore upright posture in a safe, effective workout. You will feel grounded and connected as you find new mobility in your joints. The spring-loaded resistance will help increase bone density and strengthen your muscles. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and say goodbye to tension and stress in your body through purposeful, flowing movements.
Matwork Flow
Levels: Basic & Intermediate
Equipment: mat, props (yoga block, balls, balance disc, stretch strap)

Say goodbye to boring gym exercises and hello to the core workout of Mat Pilates. This class combines flexibility and core strengthening exercises with body awareness and connection. It will leave you feeling leaner, stronger and taller. Leave your stress and tension behind as you flow through this challenging class.
Yoga Pilates Fusion

Join us for sunrise and sunset classes on our beautiful, outdoor Terrace! Energize to start your day or join us after work to relax and unwind as we take you through a flow of restorative and empowering movements that incorporate the principles of both Yoga and Pilates. Take a break from your day and join us on the Terrace.
Pilates Performance Circuit
Levels: Basic & Intermediate
Equipment: Full array of Pilates and Fitness equipment
Max participants: 5
Get your “current” flowing and energize as you move through the Pilates Performance Circuit. Instructor will lead participants through intense, strengthening work intervals combined with brief rest breaks that will give you the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout like you’ve never experienced. Experience a full array of Pilates and Fitness equipment in this energizing class. Improve your performance on the court or on the golf course with this exciting circuit.
Pilates On-The-Ball
Levels: All Levels
Equipment: Mat and a large exercise ball (55 or 65 cm, depending on your height)

Break out that old exercise ball you forgot about! It’s time to make it earn its space. With you and your new BFF, you will learn new exercises and core stabilization to take your old plank to a whole new level. Add challenge, variety, and fun to your workout while you tone and strengthen your whole body. Get ready to move!
Private Instruction
While we always strive to give personal attention and teaching in all our small group classes, augmenting your classes with Private Instruction is your pathway to getting the most out of your training, especially if you are new to Pilates or have some medical or other fitness challenges. These sessions are taught by either our PT, Sue, with over 37 years of experience in functional movement treatment of the spine and orthopedics, or one of our other highly trained, certified Pilates Instructors.
